I provide affordable therapeutic massage therapy and Reiki as my services to help clients with physical pain and limitations along with emotional imbalances. I work on the best preventative holistic approach to your healing needs. I offer various massage modalities with Reiki being an option in your session.

I became a massage therapist in 2016 after attending Center for Natural Wellness of Massage Therapy in Albany, NY as I wanted to explore other modalities to help people heal from within. I had already been practicing Reiki since 2012 and became a Reiki Master Teacher in 2014.  I felt that these were very important steps to take to help my clients with their wellness and healing process.

Along with Massage and Reiki, I added in late 2019 Intuitive Psychic Readings, which has had a great response by my clients and others in the area.  I offer 30 min sessions at a reasonable price.

Exciting news for 2021! I have taken a 100 hour certification in Hypnosis from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, AZ! I have a "Back On Track" program for Weight Management, "Quit The Habit" for Smoking Cessation plus sessions for anxiety, phobias, depression and more!
