Pricing

• Full Day - $500 (10 Hour Max)  / Available 10am to Dusk
• Half Day - $300 

SeaDoo Pontoon Boat (up to 7/8 people or up to 1000 lbs)

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be given for a cancellation of the boat(s) for any reason unless the boat is re-rented. 

If a booking is cancelled prior to the expected departure date for any reason; the boat will go back on the website for rent. If the boat is re booked for the entirety of your booking you are no longer financial responsible. If the boat is not re rented for the entire time of the original booking you are financial responsible for the day(s) the boat is not re-rented.

If it is raining upon arrival to your rental, your options are to rebook another day within the same season (subject to availability) or receive a rain check (the cost of the original rental) which is valid only for the same season. No cash refund will be given.

If you leave the dock on a day of possible inclement weather the rental is yours for the entirety of the original agreed upon rental, if you are rained on once you leave the dock there is nothing we can do. 

User Agreement

I agree to return the boat and equipment in a clean orderly state, I agree to pay a mandatory nonrefundable 75 dollar cleaning fee for bringing any household pet aboard during my rental.

I agree to pay for the amount of fuel required to refill the gas tanks upon return of the boat.

Daikers 4th Lake Rentals is not responsible for any inconvenient time lost, water service expenses, emergency lodging, or any other incidental expenses necessitated by breakdown or repair. 

I understand that failure to return the boat and / or equipment to Daikers 4th Lake Rentals by the time of the agreed upon contract will result in monetary loss to Daikers 4th lake Rentals and I agree to pay all of the following but not limited too, entire rental fees of the next successive reservation on said boat. 

Multi day rental policy: 

I understand the use of the boat after sunset and before sunrise is prohibited. After sunset all food items will be removed from the boat as the local wildlife (racoons / chipmunks / squirrels / birds) will board the boat and damage it as well as any equipment on the boat. 

During a multi day rental a rain day will not be refunded due to inclement weather. This is reflected in the price of a multiday rental 

Property Destruction or any Damage  

Upon destruction or any damage to the boat or equipment I agree to pay for the repair of the boat with new OEM parts and local labor rates. 

Renter Agreement

I the undersigned renter, have read and checked that I:

Understand how to start/operate/ refuel/ and maintain the boat 

Understand how to safely maneuver, slowdown, reverse, dock, and tie the boat

Agree to abide by all local and federal boating regulations

Have inspected the boat and agree that it is in operating condition and will be the same when I return it, if not I will be held liable for anything that is not as it was when I took the boat.
