Born and raised in Saranac Lake, the owners of Bitters & Bones set out to see the world and all its beauty, only to find that nothing could compete with the Adirondack​ mountains. Armed with the inspiration of their travels, they returned to create a place for the whole town to call home.

What started as a small restaurant and bar has since grown into a craft brewery, restaurant, event space and Saranac Lake staple. Located downtown, Bitters & Bones is near to the action, making it perfect for locals and visitors alike.
