Cabin Rental Policy

• Guest may see accommodation before checking-in (but not after 5pm). Once checked in, NO MONEY can be returned or refunded.
• Rates, terms and availability are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is due on arrival. NO PERSONAL CHECKS are accepted. Payment may be made with cash, traveler's check or with credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express).
• Check In Time - After 2 PM on the date of arrival up till 6 PM, unless other arrangements have been made with the motel office. A physical credit card and ID are required to check-in. If not available, you will not be able to check-in. Early check-in MAY be available for an additional charge.
• Check Out Time - 10 AM (All late check out must be fully authorized by our management, additional charge may be applied). Late check-out MAY be available for an additional charge.
• Late-Arrivals - Please note late arrivals must make prior arrangements with the office. Remember we are a small business located in a small town.
