For the past 31 years, Frederick’s has been owned and operated by a brother and sister team, Stuart Smith, the manager, and Connie Smith Reilly, the chef. Both are lifetime residents of this serene community located right on Lake George. Stuart and Connie are graduates of Johnson-Wales University in Rhode Island, and prior to Frederick’s, had worked in several area restaurants.
