Schroon Lake is a quaint little resort community nestled in the Adirondack Mountains. We are located just off the Northway (I-87) between exits 27 and 28, along a pristine 9-mile lake. Schroon Lake promises to be an ideal vacation spot, no matter what time of year you visit!

From our accommodations you can walk or drive into town and enjoy the beautiful free public beach, local library, tennis, basketball, and racketball courts, and local shops. There is a movie theater in town, as well as a local Tops grocery market. If you prefer to eat out rather than stay in and cook, there are many great restaurants to choose from.

There is a strong emphasis on the arts during the summer in Schroon Lake, with performances available almost nightly at the Boathouse Theater and the Seagle Colony. We highly recommend the Chamber of Commerce website, which contains links to many area attractions as well as scheduled events throughout the year.
